New Smyrna Beach, FL to Consider Ordinance Affecting Regulations for Wedding Venues

The Commission will Consider Ordinance No. 21-25: Conduct a First Public Hearing of an ordinance, if adopted at a Second Public Hearing would amend Land Development Regulation, Section 504.02, to remove the homestead requirement for Wedding Venues and add fire safety requirements pursuant to agritourism in the A-2, Agriculture Zoning District.
