Charlotte County, FL to Consider Amendments Affecting State Wastewater Collection & Treatment

The Commission will Conduct a public hearing to consider repealing and amending certain provisions in Chapter 3-8 of the Charlotte County Code of Laws and Ordinances repealing sections that are obsolete and amending the Code to conform to state wastewater collection and treatment requirements.
