The Commission will Hold Public Hearing Re: Proposed Ordinance No. 25-5564, repealing Section 37-96 and creating Section 37-2 of the Sarasota City Code to provide for authority to assess and collect utility fees from customers through third party providers; and providing for codification, severability, and for an effective date (Title Only)
