Punta Gorda, FL to Discuss General Fund Millage Rate for 2025

At the upcoming July 10, 2024 City Council meeting, City Council will set the millage rate for the TRIM (Truth in Millage) notice that the County sends to property owners in August. This millage rate would then become the maximum rate for the Public Hearings in September. Discussion of millage rate and General Fund Budget with July 1 property values. As directed at the April 17, 2024 City Council meeting, bringing back discussion of the unfunded projects for City Council to set them in a funding priority. The original CIP sheets from the April 17th meeting are attached for reference. Detail sheets will be updated after discussion.
