The Commission will Consider An Ordinance of the Miami City Commission Amending Chapter 22/article I of the Code of the City of Miami, Florida, as Amended, Titled “garbage and Other Solid Waste/in General," to Amend the Requirement by the City of Miami for Pick Up of Bulky Waste to Keep in Line With Current Needs; Containing a Severability Clause; and Providing for an Immediate Effective Date.
