Lee County, FL to Consider Amending the LDC Regarding Daily Fines
The Resolution will amend Administrative Code AC-2-14 in accordance with recently adopted amendments to the Land Development Code regarding maximum daily fine amounts that may be imposed by the Hearing Examiner.
