Miami, FL to Consider Ordinance Affecting Heights for Certain Wooden Fences
The Commission will Consider An Ordinance of the Miami City Commission Amending Ordinance No. 13114, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Miami, Florida, as Amended, by Amending Article 5, Titled “specific to Zones,” to Allow Increased Height for Solid Wooden Fences in the First Layer for Properties in the “t3,” Sub-urban Transect Zone; Making Findings; Containing a Severability Clause; and Providing for an Effective Date.

Issue History

12/05/24  The Commission will discuss the future ordinance at the 12/12/24 meeting.
