Palm Springs, FL to Consider Adopting Stormwater Non-Ad Valorem Assessments for 2025
The Council will Motion for the approval of Resolution No. 2024-37, to approve the final Ad-Valorem assessment rates for FY 2024-2025 for stormwater management assessments for each parcel within the area benefited, other than the non-assessed property. The final tax roll for FY 24/25 is $554,628 based on 8134 parcels. Staff: Felipe
